Had lunch here (dined in). I ordered the fried green tomato sandwich and the regular french fries with the “magic dust” (I was told the the magic dust is a combination of jalapeño and chives powder). I really enjoyed the fried green tomato and the brioche bun. It was crispy and properly seasoned! The fries, however, was less crispy and honestly a bit soggy. I couldn’t really taste the magic dust seasoning either (not properly and evenly seasoned?).

I got the hot honey chicken sandwich with slaw on it, it was very good but very messy so ask for extra napkins, my wife got the classic, she thought it was good, the chicken was big but done all the way through, I've been some place that have big chicken like that and it's undercooked. The guy that took are order was super nice, and it's in a cool location with some turf outside. Diffently will eat there again

BB’s Crispy Chicken is located in Durham, North Carolina, it’s a modern complex in a nice local shopping outlet. The premises are relatively new and looks and feels clean, the decor reflects the branding lots of green. There is lots of seating both inside and out for outside moments. The crispy chicken is offered as various hotnesses, depending on your bravery, I chose the hot honey chicken, it is absolutely delish, just the right level of heat for me and it was just so crispy, it’s freshly cooked and cooked to perfection with lots of flavour, sorry I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take pictures, my bad. The milk shakes are so thick, definitely deserves the milkshake name , I was definitely happy with my selection, after help from the friendly servers, it was service with a smile, I will return

I love Ashley Christiansen's restaurants so I have been wanting to try BB's Crispy Chicken for some time. I wanted to pick up a quick dinner on the way home as it's a mere 1.5 miles from my home. Ordering was easy and went off without a hitch other than the calendar for birthday was not typeable so you had to slowly click back to the desired date. Pick up was easy as you walk in the front door and the orders are on the side just right of the front door. Your receipt has your name for easy identification. Nice spacious dining room and outdoor patio. Parking is a little tight though. Chicken sandwich was indeed super crunchy and moist. My fries suffered from my being a bit late to pick up and were a bit soggy. Next time I won't be ordering a 50/50 order since they stuff them into a traditional fry carton. Salad was nice and balsamic vinaigrette dressing was good.

First time eating at BB's and it was good! Ordered the classic chicken sandwich, it definitely was crispy! Served a la carte. I also ordered tator tots, got my choice of two dips and the tots were amazing in the ranch dressing. It was the perfect day to eat outside and they have the perfect environment for that. Thought it was cool that there was a QR code on every table that you could scan and order from your table, and they bring the food to you. Service was friendly.

We got the Nashville hot tenders and regular nuggets. It was really hot and the mango sauce was good. Overall not impressive

The name is right - this chicken is wonderfully crispy! Service was fast and food was fresh. I did expect more flavor from the chicken itself though. Admittedly, as pictured, I got mine plain but my companion had the White Hot and had the same criticism. I also didn’t think the Magic Dust added anything to the fries, they were good but not great. Also, the floor on the inside (by the register and drinks) was incredibly sticky. Will definitely return, but might have to find the right combo of toppings.

Great experience through and through-extensive menu with lots of potential for customization as well as high quality options. I went with the Hot Honey Sandwich and got sweet potato fries with that. A little on the pricy side ($16 for sandwich, fries and drink), but I would say it’s worth it! Fast service as well and good limeade.
